been a regular customer since TTDI days and also have consigned few times with Looop so here’s my take:
as consignor I am pretty satisfied with my sale rate. after few rounds of consignments, my sale rate is usually around 60% which means people do come and shop at Looop.
in terms of the payout, i would suggest others to really do your math as I accept the payout policy because I did not have to do anything to sell my items. literally goyang kaki then just wait for your payout. i dont have to take photos, post and layan orang DMing me asking abt my items.

as customer, i love variety of items they have and also range of sizes. as someone whos plus sized (size range 2XL-3XL) i managed to buy few items from LOOOP. and most importantly, the items are cleannnn. the store have such a great, cute vibe, near to MRT station however at times can get slightly tricky to find parking space. the staffs are really friendly, easy to talk to (extra ❤️ to Afiqa since I always see you at the store). i saw other review mentioning one of the co owners’ attitude and in my encounter I would say she’s quite a reserved person. LOOOP also have great events across the year and I personally enjoy how creative they are with their events. on the pricing of items on the rail, while its not the cheapest ever but the pricing considers the consignors too and i also understand that the shop needs some portion from the pricing too to run the store. the store once carry a Burberry handbag and you cant expect the store to put a dirt cheap price to a such well cared leather bag.

at the end of the day its about your preference when it comes to thrifting 😉

Coziest and gorgeous thrift store. Great quality clothes and even designer brands at affordable prices and the friendliest girlies running the place. I will usually never leave the store empty handed. So ditch the fast fashion and visit looop Damansara Kim and ss18

Team was kind to allow me to drop my clothes off ahead of schedule. Tried their ss18 outlets a couple months ago and sold more than 50% of my inventory so now I’m trying the DK outlet :)

Spent some time browsing after dropping off my clothes and got a couple staples (linen & ramie) and an ostrich feather dinner dress in butter which I absolutely adore.

Items here are thoughtfully curated and I really hope they do really well and expand to more towns! I love this for them.
